Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our courses, scheduling, and teaching methods.

We welcome children from 5 years old for our ScratchJR and Scratch courses, which are designed to be visual and intuitive. For text-based programming languages like Python, we generally recommend starting from 8-9 years old, but we always take an individual approach.

We offer two lesson formats: 25-minute sessions, ideal for younger children (5-7 years) to maintain focus, and 50-minute standard sessions for older students (8+ years) for a deeper dive into topics.

All our lessons are strictly one-on-one. This individual approach allows the teacher to fully focus on the student's pace, interests, and learning style, ensuring maximum effectiveness.

All you need is a computer (PC or Mac) with a stable internet connection, a microphone, and a modern web browser. For communication, we use Discord or Zoom. All programming environments we use (like Scratch, Roblox Studio, or Python IDEs) are free.

You can purchase lessons directly on our website through the "Pricing" section. We accept various payment methods, including PayPal and credit/debit cards, processed securely through our payment partners.

You can cancel or reschedule a lesson without any charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the lesson, it is considered a completed lesson and is non-refundable. You can find more details in our Terms of Service.
