Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Our primary goal is your satisfaction. We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness. The conditions below outline general eligibility for refunds.
2. Full Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund on a lesson package under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
- No more than one lesson from the package has been completed.
- A scheduled lesson is cancelled by the instructor, and you choose not to reschedule.
3. Partial Refunds
A partial refund for the value of remaining, unused lessons in a package may be granted if you decide to discontinue the lessons. The refunded amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, minus any applied package discounts.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:
- For lessons that have already taken place.
- For lessons missed by the student without providing at least 24 hours' notice (as per our cancellation policy in the Terms of Service).
- For refund requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with your purchase details and the reason for your request. We will review your request within 3-5 business days and notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
