It applies to information provided by you as a parent or legal guardian (“Client”) and information relating to your child (“Student”).

We collect only what is reasonably needed:
We use the information to deliver lessons, communicate with you, process payments, improve the Services, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Marketing communications are sent only where you have given appropriate consent.
Lessons may be recorded for quality control, instructor training and the Student’s later review. Access is limited. Recordings are retained only for a limited period (typically up to 90 days) and then deleted. You may object to recording; we will accommodate the request where reasonably practicable.
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers that help operate the Website and process payments, and with competent authorities when required by law. Lessons may take place on third-party platforms that have their own privacy policies.
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Services are intended for children, but personal information about a Student is collected only from the parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from a child without parental involvement. If you believe we have received information from a child without proper consent, please contact us so we can delete it.
